Our current client base is HNW relationships as well as 401(K) plans in 42 states across the U.S.
This opportunity seeks a highly motivated Investment Advisor to grow our Retail Business segment. Our retail business focuses on HNW/UHNW, Endowments and Foundations.

Compensation
Sandhill is proud to offer its employees competitive compensation packages. Our advisors are rewarded with above-industry-average recurring revenue split on all earned business. In addition to our benefits, Sandhill will offer a negotiated fixed-salary contract to new advisers to help during their sales transition.
Firm equity will be offered to advisers who demonstrate high quality leadership and contribute to the firm's revenue in a meaningful way. This will be at the discretion of the Co-Managing Partners.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (required), Master’s degree (preferred)
· Sales Experience in Financial Management and/or Banking
· Proven track record meeting sales/performance goals
· Demonstrates strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
· Experience with CRM
